Booking at the point of sale

- You can reserve seats at the ticketing point. At least 1 hour before your trip and up to 15 days in advance.

Reservation Via online service

- The company offers reservations on the website. Www.royalferrygroup.com. Reservations on the website are allowed to connect to www.royalferrygroup.com. Reservations by phone. Reservations at the Ticket office. Reservations must be made at least 15 Hours and longest 15 days before departure. After the reservation is completed, you will receive a Booking ID and will be paid your payment within 12.00 am. of the reservation date. If you do not pay within the time limit. Your reservation code will be automatically canceled.
- Unlimited passengers in the group booking.

Ticket Payment Later (Pay Later)

Passengers can keep their booking information for 24 hours without charge. If the passenger does not pay for the scheduled fare (24 hours), your booking information will be automatically canceled.
Please make payment within 24 hours after booking, if no payment is made within the specified time, the reservation will be canceled immediately.
- First and business class ticket for infant must be purchased additionally at office

- If the traveling passenger is not the credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit card owner, please see the Regulations.

- The electronic ticket will be issued after payment by payment card is approved. Departure confirmation and an itinerary receipt containing the ticket number will be sent to your e-mail address. SMS will be also sent to your mobile phone if registered in Thailand.

- Your electronic ticket is not transferable

- Itinerary receipts should be printed and presented at check-in

- Request to change your trip at least 1 day prior to departure. (In case the seat is not full)
- Cash receipt can be requested at sale office in Pattaya and Hua Hin on 30 days after tickets issue.
- Any changes of itinerary must be made at last 1 day before an original booking departure Via call 038-488-999
- The Ticket purchase is final, Ticket connot be refund.
- For Foreigners traveling, may be presented instead of a passport.
- When purchasing tickets for infants or children (2-12 years old), a birth certificate or passport, must be presented.
- Arrival at the pier for check-in at least 1 hours before actual departure time.

- Advance reservations can be made a minimum of 1 hours and a maximum of 15 days prior to departure.
